We are always available to help our clients supplement their pets needs or to help them to design a unique pet care plan of their own, because no two pets are exactly alike.

We understand that your pet is part of your family and is a considerable investment both emotionally and financially, so we make our services affordable and competitive. We offer many different service, price, and time options to satisfy your pets needs within your budget.
Customized Services:
Your pet gets our full attention, therefore, do not offer group walks. Go Dog Go pack members live in the communities we serve. If an emergency drop-in, walk, or feeding is needed, somebody will be close by to help.
We do our best not to alert anyone of your absence from home. For this reason, we do not use any form of advertising on our vehicles.

We strive to fulfill their needs, and also to provide help and guidance to their people. If we don’t have an answer or recommendation, we will help you to find a resource or an expert who can.
CONVENIENCE THROUGH TECHNOLOGY:
Go Dog Go Pet Care utilizes a database system that is both high tech and user friendly. This combined with our personal engagement ensures that NO pet is ever forgotten. By entering a unique password, this system provides a portal for our clients to update info, view upcoming services, request pet care and update billing information.
HERE FOR YOU WITH SUPERIOR SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION:
We are available to you. You can reach us between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm. We consistently check in with our voicemail messages and e-mail messages in case we miss your call or you have a question or an emergency outside of our hours.
WE HEAR YOU:
Let us know how we did. We are happy to feel the love, or hear how we can improve. We check in with our clients regularly and encourage them to share any suggestions.

For the safety of all pets and pet care professionals, we only provide one on one walks and care for your furry family members.
Our staff are trained, responsible, dependable, animal lovers. They are employees, they are NOT independent contractors. Working as a Go Dog Go team member is a commitment to the company as well as to the people and pets we serve.
Go Dog Go Pet Care recommends and encourages pet first aid certification classes for all of our staff.
You will not be charged for medication administration.
You will not be charged extra for booking on weekends.
You will not be charged extra for booking last minute.
We provide a proven back-up method and emergency plan for any unexpected snafu.
