I am a mom of twins, seven-year-old girls, and a huge lover of all kinds of animals . I’m the type of person who doesn’t kill the spider but traps it in a paper cup and releases it outside. The literal embodiment of “she wouldn’t hurt a fly!” I am also that woman parked next to you at a red light who is waving to your dog in the back seat while we wait for the light to turn green. I talk to animals like they understand because they do. I could probably have a full conversation with an animal, and I am completely content with that. When I’m not playing the dog whisperer, I spend most of my time with my girls on some sort of adventure. They are my world, and they love the fact that I get to be with animals all day. They look forward to seeing the pictures of the beautiful dogs that I have the honor to walk. I’ve had two dogs my whole life, Ricco, a cocker spaniel, and my beloved pug Ernie, who was my everything. I am a firm believer that animals are sent to us to maintain our sanity in this crazy world. They are unconditional, nonjudgemental, and after a long crappy day, I can always count on them to bring some sunshine to that dreary day. They are not “just a dog” or “just a cat”. They are a part of the family, and I know the importance of treating them that way!
