Hi there! So, a bit about me: I had two long-term careers before starting Go Dog Go Pet Care. My first 20-year career was as a stylist, and I loved it. I loved the fast pace, the people, and the ever-changing trends and techniques that required continued learning. I love to learn new things.

In my final years as a stylist, I returned to school and became an Early Childhood Education Teacher. It was amazing and rewarding, and SURPRISE, I loved it! The children and their families were such a gift. My colleagues who became friends were an unexpected perk to my 20-year teaching career.  

Sadly, when COVID-19 struck in 2020, the school I was teaching at closed. I realized that the very first class of preschoolers I taught was graduating college that year—crazy, right?!  It felt like a “full circle moment.”  

Until then, I had been dabbling in the pet care field for several years. After some soul-searching, I decided to take my fun side gig and turn it into my third career, and so here we are!  I established Go Dog Go Pet Care in 2021 and hit the ground running.  I LOVE this profession. I meet so many great pets and people.  It feels good to help families meet their lovable pets’ physical, emotional, and social needs!
